On-the-day Coordination

 As your wedding coordinator, my job is to make sure all your hard work and planning come together perfectly on your big day. You handle all the major decisions - booking suppliers, choosing your venue, sorting the legal paperwork, and so on - and I step in to make sure everything runs smoothly. From the moment you book me, I’m available to chat via phone or email, and I’m always happy to meet up for a coffee if you want to go over anything. We start with a planning meeting where we’ll talk through what you’ve done so far, what’s left to do, and how I can help. Then, about six weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a second meeting to pull everything together, finalize the timeline, and go over all the details. After that, I’ll contact all your suppliers to make sure they’re fully prepped and ready, and so everyone knows I’ll be the main point of contact on the day. 

On the wedding day itself, I’ll be there to take away any stress, not just for you but for your family and friends too. You will all be able to relax and enjoy the day, knowing I’ve got everything under control. I’ll make sure everything goes to plan - managing suppliers, overseeing all on-the-day logistics, keeping track of the schedule, and solving any problems that might pop up. Whether it’s guiding your guests, liaising with caterers, or handling the unexpected, I’ll take care of it so you don’t have to. I’m happy to pitch in wherever needed, whether that’s acting as your MC, making tweaks on the fly, or ensuring every detail is just right. My aim is to make your day as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

You book me for a 10-hour day, and you get to decide when you’d like me to start. If you want help with setup in the morning, I can be there bright and early, or I can come later and stay into the evening. If you think you’ll need more time, you can always add extra hours at an additional cost. Ultimately, I’m here to make sure everything you’ve planned comes together exactly how you imagined it, leaving you free to soak in every moment of your special day.

Unlimited Support: You’ll have unlimited access to me for questions, updates, and ideas. Whether you need advice on design, a sounding board for a big decision, or just someone to help calm the nerves, I’m just a message away. 

On your wedding day, you can truly relax knowing I’ll be handling all the behind-the-scenes logistics. From the moment I arrive early in the morning to the last song of the night, I’m there to ensure everything goes smoothly. I’ll manage the schedule, work with your suppliers, and step in as needed to keep everything flowing just as it should. No surprise too big or small will throw us off track.

If I’m acting as your MC, liaising with caterers, or adjusting the timeline on the fly, you’ll know everything is in good hands. My job is to make sure the day feels effortless for you and your guests - you just focus on enjoying the celebration. My ultimate goal is for you to experience the wedding of your dreams, minimising the expected stress that comes with planning a wedding.

Investment: 10% of your overall wedding budget, minimum of £4,495.
